If a guest cancels a booking within 48 hours of making it, the accommodation cost will be fully refunded.
If a guest cancels a booking within 14 days of the scheduled arrival, the property will be relisted for rent.
If the property can be rented to another guest during the period of the original booking, a refund will be given for all nights that can be rebooked. A $25.00 handling fee will be retained.
If the property remains unrented for a period during the original booking, the guest will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the accommodation cost for the period for which the property cannot be rented.
If the owner cancels a booking at any time, any accommodation cost paid will be fully refunded.
No-show bookings will forfeit the total accommodation cost.
Cancellations due to “Acts of God” will be considered on an individual basis. Evidence detailing the circumstances requiring cancellation will be required to waive any cancellation fee incurred. The handling fee on refunds will be charged.
If a guest cancels due to COVID-19, evidence will be required to waive any cancellation fee incurred. The evidence can be in the form of a screenshot of a message or email from the Ministry of Health. The handling fee on refunds will be charged.
